					<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Pretty comprehensive discussion.  Missing is the CBO analysis – obviously, Republican lawmakers do not care how much their legislation might cost or how much damage it might cause. So why should they bother to wait for the ‘bad news’ from the CBO report.  This legislation is scandalous and it should cost everyone of them their jobs.  That includes Rep. Lee Zeldin who does not represent anyone in this district over the age of 50 or with a pre-existing condition.  Period.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>

Through the retrograde overuse of emergency rooms by the newly uninsured with chronic conditions, expect the fiscal health of some vulnerable institutions to suffer as well.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
