					<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;There can only be one reason these cuts and so many others are being proposed and passed: profit for other special interests.  The billions it will cost to build the Trump Wall will undoubtedly come from the funds taken from these programs.  It’s obvious the “swamp” is being drained and all that was in it is being returned to the thieves appointed to the Trump administration. We are systematically witnessing the ruination of America.  Thank you for addressing these two important programs.  The public has to be the hawk that watches over everything being done.  We must also be prepared with qualified and true progressive candidates in the next election cycle.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
