He received care for heart valve disease from a cardiologist (specialist) and was referred to one of the top heart surgeons in London (specialist) without much of a wait and with no private insurance.  He also complained bitterly when, visiting in New York City, he had to see a dentist for an emergency and was charged over $1000.  He received free dental care in the UK including dental surgery (specialist).&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
